I am still waiting for my unlimited to be put back my computer. If I pay $7.99 i can get it back but i thought pay $199.00. That was all I was going to pay. Please answer me soon or pay me back $199.00 because i am not getting what i paid for right.

Dear Chris, you need to use the same Microsoft and Facebook accounts and log in with the same details you used to register on the first Windows device.
Unfortunately started, downloaded from Feed and created puzzles can't be transferred.

For some reason my Jigsaw program quit working. I uninstalled it and finally got it back on, but I don't have any of the many puzzle packs I bought, plus, I didn't have the ads on the left side. Is there a way to get back to my old puzzle packs?? Sure would love to have them back. I play every day for a couple hours. Help please.
How do I restore my past packs? Can't seem to get them back into the computer system.
How do I get back onto the app? I am getting an error code.
