To restore your Magic Puzzles account and game progress after reinstalling the app, you need to log into the app using the same details you used to register previously (Facebook account). If you use new details, a new account will be created. It's important to be registered in the app to avoid losing game progress after the app reinstallation.
To log in to the app after app reinstallation:
1. Press the Settings icon in the upper right corner
2. Choose My Account
3. Choose the option to Log in with Facebook and enter your details. To restore purchases made with real money, you also need to log in with Live ID and enter the details of the Microsoft account you used for purchasing.
As soon as you log in correctly, your coins and level will appear. Puzzle packs can be restored to your collection page from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category. ❗Started/unfinished puzzles, puzzles created from photos, and puzzles downloaded from the Feed can't be restored after app reinstallation.
❗Progress in missions, the daily bonus (the gift icon), and the championship will also be reset.
