I purchased a puzzle pack but didn't receive it

If the pack you purchased is not in your collection, it can be restored from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category:

1) go to the Jigsaws Store 2021-05-25_-_Copy__2_.png
2) choose  Screenshot_20220609-163212_Magic_Puzzles_-_Copy.jpg category on the left side of the page

3) you need to find the pack on the list, click on it and then click
the Download/Restore button

If you can't find the pack you purchased, please contact us.
