If your puzzle packs are missing from the collection page, please check the My Packs category in the Jigsaws Store:
1) go to the Jigsaws Store
2) choose category from the list on the left side of the page
4) you need to find the pack on the list, click on it and then click the Download/Restore button

After that, please check if the packs appeared in My Packs.
