Upon receiving VIP status you will get:

- no-ad version of the game

- unlimited access to the whole collection of 30,000 puzzles

- ability to create and play puzzles from your own photos

- ability to download packs to a device and play offline

- 1200-piece difficulty level 

- premium backgrounds

- two trays for pieces

- exclusive category of puzzles that is available only for our subscribers

- additional cuts of puzzle pieces

Upon subscribing, you will immediately receive free access to the full collection of puzzle packs in the Jigsaws Store! All new packs released in the future will also be available to you for free during a subscription period. Packs that are not included in the subscription have prices in real currency under them in the Puzzle Shop.

A subscription also allows you to create and solve an unlimited amount of your own user-created puzzles and turns off ads in the game.

You can choose a subscription plan according to the price and duration. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel a subscription anytime. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

In case of canceling a subscription, you lose all the benefits described above and all downloaded paid packs will be temporarily blocked. You will be able to unlock them at any moment by renewing a subscription or purchasing a separate puzzle pack.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Payment is charged to your Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original package, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

    I have purchased the package where all puzzle packs are free but as of this morning its not showing that. I have made sure that I'm logged into my Microsoft account and its still not working.

    The puzzels are all messed up to where you cant even do them they was like that for march and they still are all messed up they have to mmant pieces for the puzzle so it cant be put together fix it please I didn't spend money on them to not be able to play.

    Can't buy new puzzle. Every time I click on buy button, it comes up with please buy later. I restarted computer and says same thing. I have already upgraded to windows 10.

    Daily puzzle wont let me advance to current month, and every time I open store to purchase new packs, it tells me I have no internet connection.
