How do I restore my progress if I lost it?

To restore your Magic Puzzles account and game progress, log in to the app with the same details you used for registration (Facebook account or email). ❗Please note that if you use new details, you'll create a new account.

➡️ To log in to the game:

  • Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner 
  • My Account 
  • Choose the option to Log in and enter your details.

❗To restore purchases made with real money, you must also log in with Live ID and enter the details of the Microsoft account you used for purchasing.

✅ As soon as you log in correctly, your coins and level will appear. Puzzle packs can be restored to your collection page from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category. 👉Click here👈 to learn how to restore your packs.
