To restore your Magic Puzzles account and game progress, you need to log into the app with the same details you used for registration in the app previously (Facebook account). Please note if you use new details, you'll create a new account.
1) Press the Settings icon in the upper right corner
2) My Account
3) choose the option to Log in with Facebook and enter your details. In order to restore purchases made with real money, you also need to log in with Live ID and enter the details of the Microsoft account you used for purchasing.
As soon as you log in correctly, your coins and level will appear. Puzzle packs can be restored to your collection page from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category.
