How do I transfer my game progress (different platform)?

Please note that synchronizing the app between devices with different OS is possible via a Facebook account only.

✅ Make sure that you are logged in to the app itself on your device with your Facebook account:

  • Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner 
  • My Account 
  • Choose the option Log in with Facebook 

* If you are already logged in to the app, on the My Account page, you will see your Facebook name.

✅ Log in with the same Facebook account in to the app on your other device.

Your coins and level will appear on the new device 🙌
Puzzle packs can be restored to the My Collection page from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category. 👉Click here👈 to learn how to restore the packs.

Please note that purchases like the Gold deal, All-Inclusive, and the No Ads offer can't be transferred to a device with a different OS, only to the same one.
Created from your own photos, started, and downloaded from the Jigsaw Puzzles Feed puzzles do not sync between devices.
