How do I change my subscription plan?

In order to change the subscription plan, you first need to cancel your current subscription. Then, after it ends, you will be able to choose the subscription plan you like.

Please open your Microsoft account and do the following:

- go to Services & subscriptions. You might be asked to sign in.

- find the subscription and select Payment & billing > Cancel. If you don't see your subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.

 - select Confirm cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
